To admire the wonders of the underwater world, it is sometimes enough to swim on the surface of the water with fins, a mask and eyes full of curiosity.

In the Marine Protected Area of the Tremiti Islands there are countless coves where you can practice snorkelling.

What the experience includes:

· Introductory lesson, during navigation, on the marine biology of the Tremiti Islands Marine Reserve

· Snorkeling in 3 areas of the Archipelago, with Marine Biologists

· Use of Wetsuit, Mask and Fins

· Digital educational material with video

· Insurance coverage

What is citizen science?

It is the active participation of citizens in scientific research. In this case the voluntary participants will contribute to the detection and study of the biodiversity of the Catalan coast and of the Tremiti Islands MPA. The data thus obtained will be used by researchers for better ecosystem conservation and management.
